I am a lover of Yoga, traveling (especially Mexico),Nature, and long distance running. I have been running and coaching since 2000. I have practiced yoga since 2003 as it complimented my life and my running. Yoga made such a difference in my life that I went to India twice to become a certified teacher. I began teaching in 2013 in Quebec, Canada. Yoga is a lifestyle that I live and breathe. I teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, children,Seniors,Chair, Meditation and YogaNidra. Through my years of practice and teaching, my yoga life has evolved. It is soft and gentle but strong, playfully blending breath, focus, movement and relaxation with awareness. Always a student, I enjoy sharing my knowledge in creative ways. With success, I have hosted 3 Yoga Retreats to date.
